Chocolate Chia Pudding

 

A deliciously quick make-ahead breakfast or afternoon pick-me-up.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup milk of choice

  • 2 tbsps chia seeds

  • 1 tsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp cocoa powder

To Serve

  • Coconut yoghurt

  • Chocolate flakes

  • Fresh strawberries

Method

  1. Combine milk, cocoa powder and maple syrup in a bowl and whisk until well combined.

  2. Add chia seeds and stir well. Place mixture into an airtight container and store in the fridge.

  3. After 15 minutes stir again to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed then leave overnight in the fridge.

  4. When ready to eat, top with coconut yoghurt, chocolate flakes and fresh strawberries (optional).
