Salmon with Gremolata
A delicious and healthy weeknight dinner that effortlessly pairs with your favourite sides.
Ingredients
1 salmon fillet (skin removed)
1 tsp olive oil
¼ tsp paprika
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper
Gremolata
¼ cup finely chopped fresh continental parsley
¼ cup olive oil
Juice of 2 lemons
¾ tsp salt (or to taste)
Small pinch of pepper
Method
Prepare gremolata but mixing olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper in a small bowl and then refrigerate while cooking salmon or until you’re ready to serve.
Prepare salmon by coating in olive oil, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Optional: refrigerate (covered) for 15 minutes before cooking.
Preheat airfryer for 5 minutes at 180°C.
Cook salmon for 10 – 12 minutes depending on preference.
Once cooked, dress with the gremolata and serve with your favourite sides.
